Evan Wise was Fred's childhood friend as seen in Fred's flashbacks. They were playing with a ball when Evan apparently got lost in the woods after chasing a ball over his head. Years later, in the events of Fred: The Movie, Fred Figglehorn is on his way to Judy's house and in the woods, he encounters his friend who now has a scary look(this is obvious since it is presumed he spent his entire childhood living in the woods after the incident )
